Our story

Good for them, good in your home

We started Sophie's Pet Shop because the things our pets use every day kept letting us down: harnesses that rubbed, car covers that slid off the seat, beds that looked tired after a month. We look for pieces that are comfortable for the animal, easy to keep clean, and calm enough to live in your home without shouting about it.

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, so 4 to 9 business days in total.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email info@sophiepetshop.com to start.
